Time!
The length of our DISCOUNT Lunch Break Daily pet sitting / dog walk visits is 30 minutes while most other sitters offer 20 minutes for the same price!
Team!
We have aTEAM of professional, dedicated pet sitters. We won’t cancel due to a last minute emergency because we have a team of pet sitters available to step in if your usual sitter becomes ill, has a car accident, has a family emergency, etc.
- All pet sitters go through an extensive interview process.
- All pet sitters must pass a criminal background check.
- All pet sitters are covered under the Bond and General Liability Insurance.
- All pet sitters are at least 18 years of age or older.
Technology!
Ease of access to your pet information & scheduling:
- The easy to use client and staff data base allows clients have access to their information in one secure location that they can access from anywhere. This allows clients to keep all of their information up to date AS WELL AS schedule their pet sitting appointments.
Peace of Mind:
- Whenever a client makes a change to their personal or pet information or schedules a pet sitting appointment, any pet sitter involved with the client will be notified via email of the change.
- Pet sitters receive a nightly email with their next day’s pet sitting schedule and may view schedules online from anywhere.
Security:
- Payment is accepted through Visa and Mastercard – credit cards or check cards with the Visa or Mastercard symbols. Accepting payment via credit cards ONLY allows us to focus on pet care instead of accounting.
- Your credit card and identity information are secure! The data base (through PowerPetSitter) has performed the required procedures to validate compliance with the PCI DSS. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a worldwide information security standard defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council.
Back up:
- Data backed up nightly and written to multiple disks instantly. A full backup recovery can be performed in the event of a system-wide emergency.
